Like many of you, I used to struggle with my self-image. Although getting into fitness was a good start to my journey - I still didn't feel 100% happy. Why? Because I was just working out to change my AESTHETIC LOOK.

My “aha-moment” came when I realised that I didn’t just want to look good on the outside… I wanted to be STRONG. CONFIDENT. HEALTHY. ENERGISED and HAPPY.
