Hey Team, new monthly workout plans for May 2022 are out now! 

As always we have 3 different workout plans 

1️⃣  with weights

2️⃣  no weights

3️⃣  low impact

To make your life easier, the workout plans are linked directly to the corresponding workout on YouTube ☺️ New uploads are linked to the playlist where the workout will be visible once it goes live. So all you have to do is click on the workout of the day and you’re all set to start sweating with the team!

Pick your favourite workout plan: bodyweight only, with dumbbells or low impact style!
