Daily HIIT Cardio & Strength Workouts for 28-days starting the 3rd of January. NO REPEAT super sweaty exercises - burpees 100% guarantee 😝 The goal of the challenge is to shred, burn fat and also build a strong foundation! Bodyweight only or Strength Workouts with Weights will make sure every muscle group gets the attention it deserves every week 😉
The nutrition goal during this challenge is to eat more whole foods and less processed junk food.
